The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) is a coalition of governments, international organisations, philanthropies, civil society partners, and the private sector that offers members a unique opportunity to lead on global health security. CEPI’s investors are contributing to a solution that not only protects some of the most vulnerable people in the world but helps to prevent outbreaks from reaching their shores. CEPI’s vision is a world in which epidemics are no longer a threat to humanity. CEPI’s mission is to accelerate the development of vaccines against emerging infectious diseases and enable equitable access to these vaccines for affected populations during outbreaks.  CEPI will work to make such vaccines available as quickly as possible to populations that need them, particularly those in low- and middle-income countries.
