Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting(MURC) is the think tank/consulting arm of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, and has bases in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka in Japan. The business activities of MURC cover various fields, ranging from corporate management consulting, strategic support for global businesses, policy research and consulting, economic research, to employee training, business seminars, and related activities. It aims to help their customers and society to prosper, as a pioneer in creating value based on knowledge. MURC is engaged in a wide range of projects including research and proposals on policies of national and local governments, various supports for private enterprises, and research and proposals on macroeconomics. Center on Global Health Architecture in MURC is dealing with various projects on global health from the conventional research and consulting services, advocacy through to supporting business/technology development of novel digital technologies into this field as a facilitator/ coordinator between multiple stakeholders.
